Coronavirus volunteering update:
Following government guidance on social distancing, we have suspended volunteer recruitment for face to face roles for the time being. We are developing alternative virtual and home-based volunteering opportunities and will update this page soon.
For current volunteers – please see our Coronavirus Information page and keep an eye on your emails for further updates from your staff contact.
If you have any urgent enquiries and cannot reach your staff contact for any reason, email the national Volunteering Development Team.
Thank you for your understanding at this time.
There are lots of ways you can volunteer with us, and the time you give really does make a difference.
You could be helping people to maintain their hearing aids at local drop-ins, providing information in the community, using your passion to campaign, your project know-how in our offices, or your creative flare within our residential care settings. And if you can’t be here in person, maybe virtual volunteering from home is for you.
We value all our wonderful volunteers. In our recent volunteer satisfaction survey, 92% of our volunteers said they would recommend volunteering with us. So share your skills, experience and enthusiasm with us today, and you’ll soon discover what a difference it can make to you too.
