      Our Working for Change campaign aims to change attitudes in the workplace, so that people who are deaf or have hearing loss are supported to fulfil their potential.

      We regularly carry out research to find out more about the experiences of people with deafness, tinnitus and hearing loss, such as short surveys and inviting people to take part in focus groups and one-to-one interviews.
