With the Signolux direct/phone universal transmitter, you can be alerted quickly to phone calls or, through hardwired connections, to doorbells and a range of home alarms. Signolux accessories, including a mains power adapter, are available.
If you have hearing loss, not being able to hear what’s going on at home can be stressful. Keeping in touch with friends and loved ones can also be difficult.
With the battery-powered Signolux direct/phone universal transmitter, working in conjunction with a linked Signolux receiver (available separately), you’ll be alerted when the phone rings.
Connect the Signolux universal transmitter’s phone socket to the telephone wall socket with the lead provided. When you receive a call, the universal transmitter will alert your linked Signolux receiver.
The universal transmitter also has two additional sockets for hardwired connections: a 2.5mm jack, low voltage-trigger, and a 3.5mm jack, closing-contact trigger.
With the 2.5mm jack socket, you can directly connect a range of systems, including low-voltage doorbells and alarms with an output in the 3V to 15V AC or DC range.
The 3.5mm jack socket can be connected to systems using closing-contact switches, such as door/window contacts, floor-pressure mats and water-level detectors.
Signolux accessories, including a mains power adapter, are available for use with the universal transmitter (see below ).
