BBC TWO’s The Big Life Fix – Inventing the Impossible

The Big Life Fix – Inventing the Impossible is a series that challenges the UK's leading inventors to come up with ways to change the lives of inspiring individuals who are facing difficulties every day. Episode 3 features 73-year-old Bobby, who has gradually lost his hearing due to brittle bone disease. Technologist and software engineer Akram Hussein jumps at the chance to see if he can help Bobby re-join group conversations with his friends. Tune in to find out what he comes up with!

We were delighted to contribute to the filming of the show by discussing and demonstrating the best assistive technology available for people who are deaf or have hearing loss, including the fantastic range of products shown below.

The programme first aired on BBC TWO on Thursday 9 August and will be repeated on BBC TWO on Saturday 11 August at 5.50pm. Don’t miss it!
