This hearing loop system for TV is ideal if you don’t find the TV loud enough and use hearing aids. It’s suitable for people with up to severe hearing loss. The mains-powered transmitter connects to your TV with digital or analogue cables (supplied) and transmits wirelessly to the battery-powered, neckloop or stethoset receiver. Fully charged, the battery can last six to eight hours, depending on the volume setting. For TVs that can’t be connected using the digital or analogue cables, just place the external microphone provided near to the sound source. When not in use, the neckloop or stethoset can be docked in the transmitter to recharge. A spare battery is also provided, so while one is in use, just slot the other into the side compartment of the transmitter to charge it. That way, you’ll always have a fully charged one ready to go. The transmitter features three pre-set tone profiles. A simple button on its base lets you choose the one that’s best for you. If you have greater hearing loss in one ear, it’s easy to adjust the left–right volume balance to suit your needs. It’s also easy, using the receiver’s built-in microphone, to switch from the TV to conversation in the room at the press of a button. Key benefits
