The Phonak Roger EasyPen cutting-edge wireless microphone helps people with hearing loss to follow conversations more easily. It’s ideal for group and one-to-one conversations, in noisy situations and over distance.Simple to use, it suits people who don’t need Bluetooth or manual microphone control. The EasyPen has just two buttons: one to connect it to your hearing aids and one to switch it on and off. It works with the full range of Roger miniature receivers to transmit sound directly to your hearing aids or cochlear implant. (There’s a compatible Roger receiver for almost every hearing aid and cochlear implant currently available.) Once the EasyPen is switched on, the built-in microphone works automatically, adjusting to noise levels around you, at a range of up to 10m in typical situations. In ideal conditions, without obstacles such as walls or people in the way, it can operate up to 20m. Wear the microphone around your neck using the lanyard provided, hold and point it for more focused amplification, or place it on a flat surface to pick up the speech of those around you. To transmit audio from a TV or other multimedia device to your hearing aids/cochlear implant via the EasyPen, just connect the TV or device to the mains-powered docking station using the cable provided. To recharge the EasyPen, just slot it into the docking station. With the battery fully charged, you can enjoy eight hours of continuous use.
