Emergency SMS service
The Emergency SMS service allows you to contact ambulance, fire, police and coastguard services from any mobile or smartphone. Simply send a text message to 999 or 112: a Text Relay assistant will convert it to a standard 999 call.
But, before you can use the service you need to register your mobile. Do it now!
