I have a Phonak Solana left ear that the audio says she cant connect to software to update the volume it is 5 years old . She said Phonak no longer use this old software but She did manage to increase volume on the right one after fixing the mould. I have lost trust in her but need the volume increased she is from Boots .Can i ask for different branch or go direct to Phonak really depressed as no one to ask .

You can go to a different branch. I've been to 3 different Boots branches myself.

I would put the oil in a night because then it has all night to work without your HAs in your ears.

It shouldn't damage your HAs tho.

I've just researched and your HAs that you're trying to get afjusted, uses the current Target software so there's no reason as to why they can't be programmed.
