      Tim Willett

      Executive Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications

      Tim is an independent consultant, implementing sustainable Funding strategies for not for profit organisations after eight years at the RNLI.  While at the RNLI he held various roles delivering fundraising intelligence and improvement before ultimately becoming the Head of Funding Strategy. 

      He has a blended background with significant experience from both the commercial and charitable sectors. He worked with organisations such as Toyota, BT and Motorola before joining the RNLI and the broader charitable sector.  He attributes his successes to building, leading and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
