Communication services

Sign language interpreters, lipspeakers and other communication services can be booked through our Communication Services.

Information services

Our Information Service provides a range of information to people who are deaf or have hearing loss, families, friends, community groups and key groups of professionals.

Products

Action on Hearing Loss Products is the biggest supplier of hearing aids and equipment for people who are deaf or have a hearing loss in the UK.

Live Well with Hearing Loss

Live Well with Hearing Loss is a new service by Action on Hearing Loss Cymru and North Wales Deaf Association. We aim to support people confronting hearing loss, deafness and tinnitus through monthly Hearing Hubs and home visits to ensure more people with hearing loss get the help they need.

Employment Service

Our Employment Service helps D/deaf and hard of hearing jobseekers into work. The service can support jobseekers as well as businesses. 

Hear to Help 

Hear to Help is a volunteer-led service currently operating in Powys. Our trained volunteers can support people at a local community level with hearing aid advice and maintenance and support and information on other products and services aimed at helping people with a hearing loss.

Hear to Meet 

Hear to Meet was a social and befriending service with local groups across Wales. The project finished in December 2016 but some groups continued as self-sustaining clubs run by the attendees themselves.

Care & Support

Our Care and Support and outreach team support those who are deaf or hard of hearing, enabling them to be able to live as independently as possible within their local community.
