      View this page in Welsh

We support people confronting hearing loss and tinnitus via community activities and home visits; enabling them to find solutions to help them live independently and feel happier.

What is the Live Well with Hearing Loss project?

The Live Well with Hearing Loss project is a volunteer-led service aimed at providing equipment, information and support for people who are deaf or have hearing loss in Wales. It is jointly run by Action on Hearing Loss Cymru and COS (North Wales Deaf Association).

It's a free service, funded by the Welsh Government Sustainable Social Services Third Sector Grant.

      How can we help you?

We can help you by providing:

      • information and advice
      • signposting to other helpful services
      • equipment demonstrations.

      Drop-in Hubs

Live Well with Hearing Loss provides a network of community based drop-ins throughout Wales. The service does not operate a waiting list and can be freely accessed every month.

We can assist with the following products:

      • listening devices
      • telephones
      • doorbells
      • loop systems
      • alarm bells.

We also provide information on where to access other helpful services such as the fire service, social services and community groups who may be able to support you further.

If you would like a home visit, please fill in our Appointment Referral Form
