Every year, our busy Information Officers meet around 7,000 people, respond to over 2,000 phone and e-mail enquiries and attend more than 100 events.
What information services we offer?
We provide information to people who have hearing loss and to raise awareness among their family, friends and carers, as well as the professionals who work with them.
We operate all over Wales, and can provide information by telephone, by letter, e-mail or via specially arranged talks in the community, including at lipreading classes, at hard-of-hearing clubs, pensioners' associations, day centres and carers' events. We also work with local professionals and organisations and attend national, regional and local exhibitions, displays and community venues.
Factsheets and further information
We provide factsheets, information leaflets and publications about our services, and other local services and organisations. We can also direct customers to useful information on our website.
