      “I suppose they are busy people; don’t have a lot of time. They fit the hearing aid, that's it I suppose. They must just assume once you have got it, it's going to be alright.”

      We looked at the experiences people have when they address their hearing loss. In particular, the research looked at whether people are effectively supported with their hearing loss by NHS audiology services and what other methods of support are available to them.
