      In 2016-17, with the help of our supporters, volunteers and staff, we continued to make a positive impact on the lives of people with deafness, hearing loss and tinnitus.

      Hear to Help Wales

      Our Hear to help hearing aid service gives life-changing help to people through the UK in local drop-in centres, or at home. Find out more about the impact Hear to Meet service has had for people with hearing aids in Wales.

      Tony’s Story

      Tony, one of our deafblind residents, moved 12 years ago to Watery Lane in Bath, where he was taught how to deafblind sign, transforming his life. See how we approach person centred working.


      Cochlear implants making a difference for Laura

      Cochlear implants can improve people’s ability to hear and understand speech if they can’t benefit from a hearing aid.
