From the very first call to this company I knew I was in good hands. I was struggling to hear on the phone and so they sent an email confirming the day and time of my appointment.
When I arrived Marilyn put me at ease as I was feeling very stressed about the whole test proceedure. It is something I have been putting off for years.
Christine was very patient and considerate of my needs all the way through the examination and tests.
Christine helped guide me through the maze of choices and I have been very happy with the decision we made.
I have been back in a couple of times to check all is well and now I look forward to my visits. I can also make appointments on the phone without a fuss now I can hear!

Having admitted to myself that I might have some hearing loss, I decided to do something about it. The test and process of being diagnosed was, pleasant, easy and interesting, but quite amazing when the hearing aids,(actually tailored for me) proved what I had been missing. The TV was difficult to hear without the volume turned up before, now I can hear everything, without straining and its so much easier on the telephone too.
I feel very satisfied and pleased with the excellent service I received at Personal Hearing Solutions, and would strongly recommend anyone to make an appointment there, you will not be railroaded, but advised and guided depending on your needs and lifestyle as to what is best for you and what you can afford. I think the personal touch of private practice is so important, just like my hearing is so important to me. Also the backup is there should you have any queries or need advice in the future.
