      Information and Advocacy

Help us to inform people with a hearing loss of the types of equipment and devices available and to offer basic advocacy services, to help them get access to these.

      Equipment Advisor

This role involves trained volunteers demonstrating a small range of equipment and showing people how to use devices they already have.

      Equipment Experts

This role is similar to the Equipment Advisor, but volunteers will have more expertise in a wider range of equipment and how this links with hearing aids.

Volunteers can choose to be placed in community hubs, or to carry out home visits, or both! Full training is given and expenses reimbursed.
