Climbing Kilimanjaro is an amazing achievement. At 5,895m (19,341ft), it's Africa's tallest mountain and, on your ascent, you'll witness its many diverse ecosystems - from cultivated farmlands on the lower levels, through lush rainforest and alpine meadows to a barren lunar landscape at the top.
Experience doesn't matter. We welcome trekkers of all abilities. You can go at your own pace, but it’s important to train ahead, so that you can really enjoy the event. We’ll help you draw up a training plan.
“Kilimanjaro was easily the hardest thing I have ever done in my whole life, every day was a challenge, but ask me if I would do it again... with a huge smile, I'd answer ‘definitely, yes’! I have memories that will last a lifetime.” - Joanna, who climbed Kilimanjaro for Action on Hearing Loss.
