- If you need help filling in a form or want to speak to someone in person, contact the Benefit Enquiry Line or your local Citizens Advice (external link, opens new browser window).
- Alternatively, contact your local Jobcentre Plus or Social Security office. They may be able to arrange for a visiting officer to come and see you in your own home.
