Befriending service

Our befriending service Hear to Meet is helping to reduce isolation for people with hearing loss

Isle of Wight Hear to Meet

Hear to Meet gives people with hearing loss the opportunity to meet up over a cup of tea or coffee and exchange experiences and information.

Our Hear to Meet clubs are run by a team of volunteers and are free to attend. It is sometimes possible to arrange transport for people who need it. In some areas, our services also offer a home befriending visit by a volunteer.
