Are you missing out?

One in six people in the UK has a hearing loss – that’s 10 million potential customers. Over 50% of these have experienced difficulties accessing goods and services. Being deaf aware can encourage people to choose your business.

A staggering 83% of customers with disabilities (including hearing loss) have taken their business to a more disability confident competitor. More than 70% of hearing aid wearers said that having deaf aware staff would encourage them to choose one business or service over another.

We can open the door to your customers and staff who are deaf and have a hearing loss through a variety of services including accreditations (including our Louder than Words™ Chartermark)Work Based Assessments and training for businesses.
