Access to Work

Access to work.

Access to Work is a government funded scheme that helps people with disabilities have equal access to workplaces.

For people who are deaf or have a hearing loss, this means you could have your communication and equipment support paid for by the Access to Work scheme and your employer.

If you are an employer it’s important to know how you can meet your responsibilities by providing equal access to workplaces for people who are deaf or have a hearing loss.
