Shopping Guidelines

Register for the shop

You can register for the shop at any time until you start the order process by clicking on the "My Account" or "Sign in / Register" links in the top of any page in the online shop.

To see the products you have in your basket click on the "View My Basket" link. You can find this link underneath the "Add to Basket" button on any product page or under the subtotal in the "My Basket Summary" panel.

Once you have products in your basket and have clicked the "Checkout" button you will be asked to confirm your order. The current billing and delivery address for the order are shown at the top of the page.

Rules on VAT:

If you are deaf or hard of hearing you may be eligible to be exempt from paying the VAT element of some items within our 'shop'.

Where exemption is possible this is highlighted by showing the price of a product with and without the VAT. To qualify for VAT exemption you must be diagnosed as having a hearing loss by a suitably qualified health professional, such as your GP or audiologist. If you click the declaration at the basket stage of your purchase you will not be required to pay VAT on qualifying products.

You may also claim back the VAT after your purchase if you do not click the declaration at the basket stage of your purchase. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
