Action on Hearing Loss Scotland ‘On the Move’ Transitions Project, funded by The Big Lottery Fund, is running Healthy Minds workshops for young deaf or hard of 
hearing people aged 16-25 living in Central Scotland. Sessions will be delivered by staff from NDCS Scotland.
At the healthy minds workshops you can:
- Get tips on how to stay emotionally healthy
- Find out where you can get health advice and information
- Discover whats going on in your area
- Make new friends and have a good time
When: Every Monday for 4 weeks starting on Monday 20 February to Monday 12 March 2012
Time: 18:30 to 20:00
