Tinnitus is the medical term for noises that people hear in one ear, both ears or in their head.
Action on Hearing Loss will be running an information event to give you tips for tackling your tinnitus, and the opportunity to have a look at products to help you manage it. Thousands of people have found them a great help!

There will be presentations, one by keynote speaker Christine Martin, Action on Hearing Loss’ Information and Communication officer, who will share with the audience her experience about the onset of her tinnitus and the coping strategies that work for her.
There will also be workshops about:
- reflexology
- stress management
- tinnitus management
This event is free and you don’t need to bring anything with you.
BSL interpreters and electronic note takers are available.
