If you live in the Margate area and are struggling with tinnitus, come along to our tinnitus support group on the first Thursday of every month, from 1.30pm–3.30pm.
Here, you’ll find peer support and information about:
- what therapies are available to make tinnitus less troublesome
- the steps you can take to manage tinnitus
- the latest tinnitus research developments
- what other tinnitus support is available in your area.
We often have guest speakers, and we always have leaflets and factsheets for you to take home, full of practical tips.
The support group is run by our staff and volunteers, many of whom have tinnitus themselves, so they really do understand what you’re going through.
It’s a myth that you can’t do anything about tinnitus. We’ll give you the support and information you need to take control.
The support group is open to everybody with tinnitus and there’s no need to book a place.
