      Who we are

We are a specialist supported housing service in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent. We can support five men and women, aged 18 and over, who are deaf or have hearing loss with additional, and sometimes complex, needs including learning and physical disabilities, autism, ADHD, and mental ill-health.

Our housing-related support helps people to live independently in a safe and happy environment. Our staff are on-site at agreed times during the day, with sleep-in support at night and an additional emergency on-call service.

What we can offer - how we support you

We can give you a safe and comfortable place to live. Redcliffe House has five bedrooms across two floors with three bathrooms and three separate toilets. We also have a living room, kitchen and a large garden for everyone to use.

Our staff team will support you to carry out day-to-day tasks as independently as possible, supporting and prompting you in a way that is right for you. We will support you to go to college, find a job and stay fit and healthy as well as help with housing-related matters such as benefits and looking after your money.
