Who we are
At Hatmore Park our outreach and community service staff will encourage, prompt and support you in the way that you want and when you need it.
There might be particular aspects of day-to-day life that you need support with, such as managing your money, staying healthy or looking after your home, or you might want to get out and about more or learn new skills.
We could also support you to develop, or relearn, skills you need to live more independently, and with less support in the future, and signpost you to any additional services you may need.
If you need support with your personal care needs we can help with that, too (such as support to get in and out of bed, wash, dress, eat and drink).

If you would like to talk to someone about whether our community services might be right for you, or someone you know get in touch.
We are also able to consider requests for support in areas where we do not currently offer services, as it may be possible to reach from existing services.
