      Civil Aviation Authority – guidance for airports assistance for people with hidden disabilities

      The CAA has consulted on new guidance for airports on providing assistance to people with hidden disabilities. It is a positive step for people with hearing loss and we will help ensure that it is implemented.

      London Transport Committee consultation into travel with a sensory impairment Publication

      We think TfL should introduce deaf awareness training for all frontline staff, and audiovisual technology should be expanded to be available on all transport, with procedures to communicate emergency information visually.
