      Workplace Assessments are designed to help employees who are deaf or have hearing loss perform at their best. Our assessors have first-hand experience of hearing loss, so they’re familiar with the barriers people face every day.

       The assessment provides practical advice and solutions, tailored to your company’s needs. A follow-up report recommends equipment, support and reasonable adjustments to maximise employee and team potential, and fulfil your obligations under the Equality Act 2010.
