About the role
- Provide support and information about hearing aids
- Assist with fitting a hearing aid correctly, cleaning and re-tubing hearing aids as well as fitting new batteries on an outreach basis within the local community
- Provide information about other equipment to hearing aid users.
- The time you can give to the role is flexible.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Skills

Training
You will receive full, on-going training including an induction programme, an introduction to deaf awareness and communication skills, understanding hearing loss and hearing aid maintenance. There is also an option to do an accredited qualification.
Transport
