Campaign with us to improve loop provision in the UK

Please install the Flash Plugin People who are deaf or have a hearing loss in the UK have the legal right to access everyday services without being put at a disadvantage. But people with get in touch with us regularly to tell us about their difficulties communicating at their local post office, supermarket, cinema, town hall or bank because hearing loops are absent or not working properly. Has this happened to you?

We work with campaigners in lots of ways to urge businesses to change their practices.

Feedback to services and help us make a difference

So far, people like you have helped us survey thousands of shops and services. As a result of this work, big businesses are beginning to commit to change. Helping us campaign in your local area really can make a difference.Volunteers smiling together for a photo in Islington.
