Deafness Research UK has merged with Action on Hearing Loss

Action on Hearing Loss and Deafness Research UK are proud to announce we have merged.

The aim of the merger is to raise the profile of biomedical research, which will in turn boost funding for further research programmes.

The name Deafness Research UK is now being phased out and the charity’s work is being taken forward by Action on Hearing Loss.

It is an important time in hearing loss research. Recent breakthroughs suggest that we are on the brink of major steps forward.

This section of the website explains how the merger has affected Deafness Research UK’s activities and how you can continue to support our work.
